We have a wide variety of cutting boards, from 7” X 7” mini butcher blocks, which are great for making a quick snack, all the way up to our massive 18” X 24” X 2” board, which would be at home in a professional chef’s kitchen. We also sell burner covers which look great, and add working space. Bamboo is 16% harder than maple, making it an excellent cutting surface. The hard surface means fewer nicks and slices that harbor bacteria. We use only Moso bamboo which is neither a food source nor a habitat for the Giant Panda. Our cutting boards are assembled with approved food-grade glue. None of our products are made with formaldehyde-based glue. Instead of dyes or stain, a brown color is achieved by pressure steaming the bamboo, which carbonizes the bamboo’s naturally occurring sugars. This process colors the bamboo all the way through, and will not wash out or fade. A bamboo board is a kitchen tool that's an attractive, useful, complement to any kitchen. Care Instructions: Wash with warm soapy water and periodically wipe with a food safe oil. (Do not clean in dishwasher).
