SHIPPING COSTS Trulybamboo's shipping costs are posted on each items page as shipping varies depending on the collection you are looking at.
SHIPPING POLICY **Insurance is recommended for fragile items. We inspect and package all our items before going out but FedEx, UPS and USPS sometimes do damage products while in transit and with insurance it is much easier to make a claim. **
We usually ship your purchase within one to three business days after you have checked-out and paid for the item. Please note that some items ship directly from the factory warehouse. INVENTORIES CAN CHANGE QUICKLY AND WITHOUT NOTICE. Items that are out of stock generally become available for shipping again in 2-4 weeks. If an item is Out of Stock when you order you will be notified immediately of the approximate ship date and given the option of a complete refund if you are unwilling to wait or if you prefer you can always email us and we will reply within one business day with the status of the item availability. You will also be emailed the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site once it becomes available. You may also want to provide your phone number during checkout to assist the delivering carrier to locate your shipping address if there is any problem.
